Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned (sometimes referred to herein as “Passenger”), on behalf of myself and all other passengers for whom I am procuring travel services, understand that SOS Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and that SOS Travel acts solely as an intermediary for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold SOS Travel its owners or employees responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law, rule or regulation; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
Passengers are required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): LEGAL first and last names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify SOS Travel immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. All passengers voluntarily assume full and sole responsibility for any and
all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions, and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. I have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. Further information is on the U.S. State Department website at http://travel.state.gov. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If a Passenger is a citizen of a country other than the United States, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the travel destination to find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

While SOS Travel prides itself on selecting top quality suppliers, no undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to the fitness or condition of the supplier's accommodations, transportation, or any food, drink, medicine, or provisions supplied. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that SOS Travel shall not be responsible for refunding, either fully or partially, any amounts paid due to unsatisfactory services from any supplier. In no event shall SOS Travel be liable for any accident or injury which occurs in hotels, in resorts, on airplanes/in airports, on buses/in bus station, on trains/in train station, on board a cruise ship, on tenders, on shore excursions, or during any mode of transportation encountered during the trip, resulting from any cause. Passenger(s) admits a full understanding of the nature and character of the mode of transport and assumes all risk of travel, transportation and handling of Passenger(s) and baggage.

Without limitation, Passenger(s) assume the risk of, and agree that SOS Travel  is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any act of God or public enemies, arrest, restraints of any government or rules of people, piracy, war, revolution, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collisions, weather conditions, dangers incident to the sea, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, computer problems, stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks or other waters, perils of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery, boilers, or latent defects even though existing at commencement of the trip, desertion or revolts of crew, or lost/damaged/delayed, flights, connections, transfers, or luggage.

In consideration of the services provided to me by SOS Travel I accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
